Zen Shiatsu
A simple and highly effective form of body work, Shiatsu has been used for centuries in Japan to treat pain and illness, reduce stress, and maintain general health.
Zen Shiatsu uses rhythmic pressure (with fingers, palms, & elbows) to loosen tense muscles, open joints, and stimulate the flow of energy.Your friends and family will love Shiatsu and appreciate you! In this two-day 12 hour workshop you will learn:
- How to give a complete Zen Shiatsu session that relaxes the entire body and balances energetic pathways
- How to stay energized while giving a session by working with correct technique and body alignment
- How to boost the immune system and address commonly sore areas such as the neck, shoulders, back & hips.
